• Then we blanch the fillet in trans fat free canola oil to set the batter.
• Each piece naturally curls differently so the end result is battered perch fillets that look completely homemade!
• Cook from frozen- deep fry 3-4 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!!
• Fresh perch has moist, translucent, flesh with no fishy odor.
